To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at teamclapbackk@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

(1) the product/s are returned after use

(2) the products are damaged

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on teamclapbackk@gmail.com on the same email thread.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 10-12 business days.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.

No return & exchange in "Made to order" garment.
STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders ship within 10-12 Days for T-shirt

10-12 Days for all other garments.

As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).
